Processing Your Orders
All our orders are processed Mondays to Friday. Our cut-off time is 12:01 p.m. Manila time for transactions to be processed on the same day. All orders posted after the said cut off time shall be processed the next day. As soon as your order has been processed, we shall send out an email informing you if the transaction has been approved or disapproved.

Availability of Your Orders
We do take pride in updating our inventory daily. All our products are normally available in stock. Should your order be not available at the time of your purchase, one of our customer service representatives shall contact you by e-mail. In such case, we normally:

a) inform you when the item will be available
b) recommend a substitute product or
c) you may cancel the order

Shipping Information
Approved orders are usually available for delivery within 24 to 48 hours. sendregalo.com uses several courier companies (LBC, FedEX, 2GO) depending on the destination, and choosing the fastest way to get our deliveries safely and with utmost reliability. We also use our own special couriers for deliveries of highly fragile products, so you can be rest assured that the items are delivered safe and sound.
In addition, as soon as the items have been delivered to either you or your recipients, an email shall be sent to your address informing you of the following when delivery was made.

a) date
b) time and
c) name of the recipient

You may also track the status of your order by logging in to your Paypal or 2checkout account.

However, there are instances wherein specific items may not be available for delivery in certain areas. These usually include food, flowers, and balloons. To check if these items are available for delivery in the area you wish to send, refer to the SHIP TO OPTION PER PRODUCT.

Return and Exchange Policy
We have made our return policy fair and simple. Within 5 days of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:

Incorrect item shipped

Damaged or defective items

Unmet product specifications


We will issue a replacement for any item returned, provided you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of purchased goods. Our customer service representative will be glad to provide instructions on how to return the said merchandise. Only then could the products be shipped back, in its original packaging, to the sendregalo.com office.

Refund Policy
SendRegalo.com adheres to 2CheckOut and Paypal's Refund Policy. We will do our best to resolve every customer complaint to the customer's complete satisfaction, including a full refund if that's what it takes. To request a refund, You may call, write, and indicate in your message, you MUST provide your receipt number, a list of the items from your order that you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
