FAQs

1. How do you deliver gifts?

We use LBC Express, the leading courier company in the Philippines, LBC endeavors to serve each and every Filipino. Through total customer experience, LBC aims to be the total solutions provider of choice, professionally and technologically equipped to serve Filipino families and business entities in the Philippines.

*Please note that we may decline your order in case shipping address is out of delivery service area, such as isolate islands.


2. Can You deliver in a specific time?

Please be reminded that due to our usage of a third party courier service such as LBC Express we are unable to answer to your specific time request. But rest assured that your gift/s will be delivered on the delivery date you specify.


3. Can I get a tracking no. and Arrival Confirmation?

Once your gift/s has beens shipped we will send you a tracking number to your email and you can track you gift/s through LBC's website LBCExpress.com. If you wish to check the product arrival on the recipient’s place, please let us know. We will promptly check and answer you the delivery status.


4. If no one is home?

When the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, we leave a notice of non-delivery for the recipient. Recipient will be asked to call to make and arrangement for re-delivery. If the recipient didn’t contact us on the first day, delivery date will be on the following day. In case the recipient didn’t contact us within 7 days, we will take care of the gifts on our side (no return to anybody), and no refund acceptable.


5. Do you guarantee quality?

We guarantee the quality of all our items.In a case of defect or damage of product, we will replace it for free. Flowers specifically roses will be sent with a flower tube to ensure freshness when delivered.


6. Cancellation & Return

For cancellation, please call or email us no later than 2 days before the delivery date Philippines time. If it’s late, we can’t accept cancellation. If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift. For any other troubles, we promise you to respond in a sincere manner.


7. Do you do surprise gifts?

We will accept an order of surprise gifts. As long you state it in the "Instruction for Sendregalo" form. But if the recipients address is incomplete or is not present during the delivery of surprise gift/s, we will try contacting the recipient to ensure when s/he will be home to accept the delivery, and confirm shipping address, phone number and delivery time. Per request, we can also send gifts anonymously.


8. Why are my gifts delivered separately?

Each product will be delivered by a separate package due to different shipping handles. Most delivery comes on same day.


9. I’m not sure my recipient’s address and phone number are correct. Can you accept this order?

Yes, we will try our best. With the information you have, we will search correct address, name, telephone number in our own way. And if we couldn’t, we will get back to you.


10. Can you send gifts abroad?

No. We are afraid we can not accept request to deliver the gifts to other parts of the world.
